This is Aria, from Ekuatorgames' Celestian Tales : The Old North. Tbh I haven't played this game but the soundtrack was pure amazeballs.

A bit of improvisation, take it as my 2P costume. Drawing ppl w/ hoodies is a bit more of my routine.
